It has been a long journey for us. 25 years have passed. Elite Force has meanwhile become the largest employer of Security Guards in the country. Somehow by the grace of Allah we have developed Excellent facilities for Training of our guards. It has been an extra ordinary experience. However it’s very pathetic a situation, how rural youth, extremely poor people comes to our Recruitment Center for jobs.

Security Service is a very very low paid profession in our country, A guy is expected to be healthy, educated and intelligent enough to do a good job of countering threats etc – but most clients are not willing to pay even ‘Peanuts’ but would demand ‘Moon Standard’ when it comes to guarding their premises & properties etc. Though we take some admission fees, we loose more when the trained guards leaves the job with slightest more pay offered elsewhere. They take away the uniforms, boots etc.

However, in Elite Force the retention level is little better – Because our facilities looks very nice, healthy & clean. Spacious – they feel good. The class rooms are Extra-ordinary – says most of the guards when they give a talk before leaving the Academy for joining at different places, like banks, garments etc etc etc. They compare their village school’s dilapidated conditions with our facilities & feels good and proud of their brief stay in the Academy.
