1. These are good developments for Elite Force. It’s a honour, a distinction to have been chosen & selected to be partner for future business development, particularly with a country like Brunei.

Mr. Ilham Bin Haji Abd Manan, Managing Director signed the documents on behalf of Four Dimension and Lt Col Jahangir Akhtar Chowdhury (Retd), Deputy Managing Director signed on behalf of Elite Force. In course of the discussions it was revealed that Mr Ilham worked in Shell-Brunei for a long time. He took an early retirement and has now embarked upon business. He was accompanied by Haji Mohammad Kamrul Chowdhury a Senior Consultant / Civil Engineer a Bangladeshi, now settled in Brunei.
3. Our job will be to procure good manpower & train them to be professionally good security guards. Our ‘Infrastructures’ were Testimony of our Sincerity & Honesty of Purpose – that’s how Mr. Ilham described his feelings & expressions after visiting our facilities and the Corporate Headquarters.
4. Incidentally, His Excellency Mr. Haji Haris Bin Othman, High Commissioner of Brunei in Bangladesh came down to to see Mr. Mr. Ilham Bin Haji Abd Manan after Iftar.
