The Gentleman is Mr. Ejaj Ahmed, he is a “Super ICON”– a Youth Leader, Founder of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) (https://www.bylc.org/). I have been knowing him for a long time. I always admired his relentless effort to develop Skills & Attributes of ‘Leadership’ amongst the teeming millions of our youths in the country.
Recently we supported BYLC’s Annual Event titled as “Running with Purpose 2023”. Today he came to express his gratitude saying the ‘BIG RUN’ was a ‘BIG SUCCESS’, which was participated by 800 + + people of all ages. He brought a ‘Collarless’ bright coloured, T-Shirt for me & I wore it to honour him and kept it worn till the late evening.
As he came to our Training Academy, he was presented with a Guard of Honour by the newly recruited guards. He was amazed to see our facilities in the Training Academy and spoke possibilities of bringing youth to the Academy for Training / Learning etc.
