1. Today we were all ( MD , DMD, COO, DIRECTOR SPECIAL AFFAIRS, ONE SENIOR SGM ) summoned by Maj Isret Jahan to be there in icddr\u2019b sharp at 1300 Hrs to take note of all the observations on our guards in the last 3 months.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. She was quite forceful, straight and very professional to convey the \u2018Standards\u2019 expected from the largest private security company namely the Elite Force in the Country.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. We remained quite tensed as she was making accurate & effective delivery and did not dare to reveal that we had been considering ourselves as the present \u2018Industry Leader\u2019 in the Private Security Services Act of Bangladesh.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
4. Maj Isret Jahan is a graduate from the BMA 49th Long Course. No wonder she had grown great confidence in executing her job of not only as the Security Head. She was presently looking after some other important branches of icddr\u2019b. No mean achievement for a Lady \/ Lady Officer to accomplish her duties with big success.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. But she was very courteous and accommodative and allowed us also to narrate our problems & limitations in rendering good services to our clients.<\/div>\n
The sessions of \u2018Briefing-Debriefing\u2019 ended well with good memories to take back to cherish in the future.<\/div>\n
