Elite Force is located around.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. The \u2018Municipality\u2019 have thousands of constraints to keep the environment clean. Shortage of manpower, space to dump and so many others.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Otherwise also the \u2018Bengalies\u2019 are not a very clean nation. \u2018Dhanda\u2019 must not be used on them \u2013 it\u2019s an Uphill \u2013 Insurmountable task to keep the city clean. You can not just imagine the lanes, side streets, by lanes of the city \u2013 these are in a terrible state.
