1. Yesterday- 01 April 2023, was a Milestone \/ Day in the history of Elite Force. We took over the guarding of the Japanese Embassy in Baridhara Diplomatic Zone from a multinational company, who were there for the last 25 years.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. On Deployment, the first thing I did in the morning, was to go to Embassy to see some of the Posts and for inspecting\/checking the \u2018Boys\u2019 – their basic Drill, Turnout, Grooming etc. With so less in terms of the days of training, I could not expect these village boys, making or doing better Drill movements. The Turnout was acceptable however. So on the spot I corrected some of the \u2018Basic Things\u2019 as you can see from the photographs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. Truly specking \u2018Guarding Services\u2019 is an Extremely Low Paying & low esteemed & socially disregarded job in Bangladesh. Not at all attractive to have good manpower for the profession. You will be surprised to know that some big clients would not like to pay you even \/ beyond Tk. 6,000.00 to Tk. 7,000.00.for a whole month. But their demand would be \u2018Moon Standard\u2019 from you. On the other hand the Security business is booming in the Advance world\u2013 some time a mid level Security Professional earning US$ 50 + in an hour even.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4. In our context \u2013 we are some how surviving. Guards are extremely hard pressed living a life most marginally.<\/div>\n
